Super Moon 2024 Time. This month's full moon, called the hunter's moon, is also a supermoon and happens to be the brightest of the year. The super blue moon will be visible on monday 19 august and will appear full in the sky for three days.

As the moon orbits the earth it does so in an elliptical manner, moving closer and further away. It is the third of four supermoons in 2024.
